Mix contents with 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. When pasta is done, add 8oz sour cream, frozen fajita vegetables & 12 oz fajita meat(chicken or beef). Stir well. Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve & enjoy.
