Shipping, Returns/Policy

If you need to Return or Exchange an item you have 3days to contact us from the day you receive the item.

PREORDERS-Once order is placed and agreed to the TERMS & CONDITIONS, there is NO REFUNDS. If you choose to cancel a preorder its Store Credit ONLY. If we have issues getting the order in and we cancel with the vendor then a refund will be given at that time. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
-We accept returns for
STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of receipt of items. All Returns or Exchanges must be Postmarked and Shipped within 14 days after receipt of items. We will not accept returned items after this time period (No Exceptions). Shipping will be deducted fro credit. If you got FREE shipping on your order, the shipping we paid will be deducted from credit. 

BEAUTY PRODUCTS AND INTIMATES  ARE ALL FINAL. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE ITEMS.

-Customer pays for all re-shipping fees. Please include email address to collect shipping fee. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition as you received it, with tags attached. It may not have an odor of smoke or perfume, contain animal hair, deodorant stains or have an appearance of being worn. If the item(s) is not in new condition as received Store Credit or an Exchange will not be granted.
-If an item is returned with damage or stains it will be returned back to the customer and you are subject to additional shipping cost.
-
All items marked as Sale, Clearance or Final Sale are non-returnable or exchangeable.
-All qualified returns will receive Store Credit only (Store Credit never expires).
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
-Any damaged item must be reported within 2 days of receiving your items. This will be based on shipment tracking of receipt (No Exceptions). A Refund or Store Credit will be granted only on properly reported damaged items.
-Please be sure to follow the Manufacturer’s care/washing instructions as we are not responsible for damages caused by improper washing.
