Directions: Mix package with 3 cups water, 1 bar of cream cheese, 1 can of chicken & 1 package of frozen green beans with bacon. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium until pasta is done. Serve & enjoy.
